HRET HIIN QI Foundations for Change Fellowship Call #2

Published: by American Hospital Association/Health Research & Educational Trust

Topic: Quality Improvement Fellowship | Resource type: Webinar

An organization will not improve without a clear and firm intention to do so. Improvement requires setting aims. In this session we will discuss the importance of setting an aim at the start of the improvement work, and also review the core elements of an aim statement. Participants will also learn to develop an effective aim statement for your own personal improvement project, and begin to identify opportunities for small tests of change. Finally we will explore the components of a driver diagram, and how to effectively use this tool in your improvement work.
